Right before my Christmas break, my Mom found out that she had breast cancer in her right breast. It was quite scary, but it actually made Christmas break very eventful and full of family games, LOST watching, and many other fun things. My mom's surgery was last Wednesday (January 21st) and luckily I was able to come home and visit her the Friday right after. Mom has been so brave and she has done such a great job with everything. Tons of Friends, Church family, and Family Family have stepped in and helped out. We have had meals brought to us, flowers sent, sunshine baskets, visitors, and many encouraging calls. My mom is a very loved woman. She's been doing great and will continue healing because of the power of prayer. So many people have taken time out of their days to pray for my mom and I think it is so awesome.
